Featuring athletes, creatives, and industry leaders, this conversation examines the evolution of athlete-driven content, ownership of IP, and how authentic storytelling is reshaping entertainment, branding, and cultural impact. From the field to the frame, this discussion highlights how purpose, identity, and creativity are redefining what it means to build a lasting legacy in today’s media landscape.

        Ephraim Salaam is a former 13-year NFL veteran who has successfully transitioned into the entertainment industry. He was staffed as a WGA writer in 2018 for The Continental (A John Wick Story). Since then, he has been staffed on three additional shows, including the past three years on Peacock’s smash hit series Bel-Air.

He has represented Oscar-winning filmmakers and played an instrumental role in brokering high-profile deals, including Earnhardt at Amazon and Elizabeth Taylor: The Lost Tapes at HBO.
