Meet the Artist

Matthew Puccini

Matthew Puccini’s short films Dirty and Lavender screened at the Sundance Film Festival and SXSW and were acquired by The Criterion Channel and Searchlight Pictures. He is developing several feature films, including Homewrecker (Tribeca Creators Market, Gotham Week Project Market), The Trick (SFFILM Rainin Grant), and Hearth (Torino ScriptLab). He currently lives in Brooklyn.

The Liars

Thrown into adulthood, Matías and Jaime try to make sense of the world. One day, Jaime is arrested by a security guard at a mall and Matías must ask a stranger to pretend to be their father to free him.
