
Gregg Araki, a fixture in indie film for over 30 years, is the writer-director of Mysterious Skin, White Bird in a Blizzard, and The Living End. He recently restored his cult classics The Doom Generation and Nowhere. For television, he worked on Dahmer, American Gigolo, and Now Apocalypse.

Nicole Holofcener has written and directed seven feature films, including Friends With Money, Enough Said, and You Hurt My Feelings. She co-wrote the Oscar-nominated screenplay for Can You Ever Forgive Me? In addition to her film work, Holofcener has directed numerous television series, including Parks and Recreation and Mrs. Fletcher.

Richard Linklater has directed 26 feature length films, garnering much acclaim as well as five Academy Award nominations, two Golden Globe Awards and two BAFTA Awards, including BAFTA’s Best Picture Award for Boyhood. His credits include Slacker, Dazed and Confused, and Before Sunset as well as recent projects Apollo 10 ½: A Space Age Childhood, Hit Man, Blue Moon, and Nouvelle Vague.

Recently named one of the 100 Greatest Film Books of All Time in The Hollywood Reporter, John Pierson's Spike, Mike, Slackers & Dykes (1996) launched at the Sundance Film Festival 30 years ago. Pierson then created and hosted four seasons of IFC's first original series, Split Screen, currently streaming on Criterion Channel.
