ADVANCE TICKET SALES
IN ORDER TO PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL TICKETS IN ADVANCE, YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER ONLINE ANYTIME BETWEEN MID-NOVEMBER AND JANUARY 4, 2007 5:00 PM MST FOR A FEE OF $5.00. YOU MAY ONLY REGISTER ONCE, AND DATES/TIMES WILL BE RANDOMLY ASSIGNED BY A COMPUTER—THERE IS NO ADVANTAGE TO REGISTERING IMMEDIATELY ON THE FIRST REGISTRATION DAY.
After the close of online Registration, you will receive an e-mail on January 5, 2007 with your assigned date, time, password, website address and phone number to use when selecting and purchasing your tickets. Your purchase date will fall sometime during the second week of January, 2007.
You may purchase a maximum of 20 tickets to screenings and/or panel discussions per order. There is a limit of 4 tickets total per screening or panel discussion.
Registration does not guarantee ticket availability at your assigned time of purchase. Registration dates and times are randomly assigned by a computer. There are no refunds for ticket sales or any fees. However, tickets may be exchanged at the Main Box Offices up to 2 hours in advance of the printed screening time based on availability -- a $2.00 per ticket fee applies. No Will Call or exchanges will be made at the individual theatre box offices. Be sure to select your tickets according to your arrival plan and the Main Box Office hours of operation (listed below). Refunds will not be given for non-collected tickets ordered via the web or phone.
AT THE FESTIVAL TICKET SALES
Any remaining individual tickets are also available for purchase during the Film Festival at the Festival Main Box Offices with no service fees. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
WILL CALL
Patrons who purchased individual tickets online or over the phone and did not order express delivery must pick up their tickets during business hours at any Main Box Office. You must present photo ID to be issued your tickets. Please pick-up your tickets at least 2 HOURS before your first screening time. Tickets for screenings prior to 10:00 AM should be picked up the day before as heavy traffic is expected in the Main Box Office during the morning hours. Tickets for screenings after 7:00 PM must be picked up during regular Main Box Office hours. There is no Will Call at the theaters. Be sure to select tickets according to your arrival time and the Main Box Office hours of operation (TBA).

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR TICKET SALES OR FEES, HOWEVER TICKETS MAY BE EXCHANGED AT THE MAIN BOX OFFICES UP TO 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE PRINTED SCREENING TIME BASED ON AVAILABILITY -- A $2.00 PER TICKET FEE APPLIES. NO EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE AT THE INDIVIDUAL THEATRE BOX OFFICES. BE SURE TO SELECT YOUR TICKETS ACCORDING TO YOUR ARRIVAL PLAN AND THE MAIN BOX OFFICE HOURS OF OPERATION LISTED BELOW. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR NON-COLLECTED TICKETS ORDERED VIA THE WEB OR PHONE.

EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE: YOU CAN CHOOSE TO INDIVIDUAL TICKETS SENT TO YOU VIA FED-EX (NO DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES) BEFORE THE FESTIVAL. SKIP THE AT-FESTIVAL CHECK-IN PROCESS, AND ARRIVE READY TO GO WITH TICKETS IN HAND. A $25.00 SHIPPING FEE APPLIES.
